Currently residing in the West Loop, Maria has lived in Chicago her entire life. We sat down with Maria today for a short interview.
First of all Maria, thank you for taking the time to chat with us. What
got you into the world of real estate?
I
was in the mortgage industry since 1997, I helped people mortgage
their homes and refinance. In 2007 I figured I could help people in
real estate too. Of course in 2008, the mortgage and real estate
industries tanked and from there I got into helping people more with
short sales and foreclosures. I was simply just trying to help
people get out of the bind the were in; such as being unable to
refinance their loans, their mortgages were underwater, and so on.
